Milestone & Metrics Definition: Establish clear success criteria and tracking mechanisms for int initiatives with internal and external partners. Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners across engineering, product, and business teams. Strategic Leadership: Work with partners across internal and external to create business strategies. Secure executive sponsorship and stakeholder buy-off. Communication & Influence: Lead communication across multiple levels of the organization - from engineers to executives - to create clarity, resolve ambiguity, and unblock progress. Execution Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders, managing dependencies, and proactively addressing risks. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development 3+ years experience developing external customer facing software. 1+ years experience developing software for Windows ecosystem. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Experience in stakeholder management and partner engagement. Ability to navigate and influence across complex technical stacks and organizational boundaries. Experience working with external partners in a product development context.
