Description
Define and Execute Engagement Plans: Drive M365 Copilot customer engagement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. VIP Customer Partnerships: Build and maintain deep relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring their workflows and priorities inform product decisions. Feedback Flywheel Ownership: Capture, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from internal and external customers, including dogfooding and stress tests. Actionable Insights: Work with the rest of the team to convert the feedback into evaluation tasks and metrics that drive product quality improvements across M365 Copilot experiences. Program Rhythm: Maintain operational cadence, reporting, and communication for feedback metrics and adoption signals. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience with customer success programs and enterprise account management. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Detailed understanding of AI-driven products. Knowledge of data analytics and feedback loops for product improvement.
