Description
As a Senior Product Manager in the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) org, you'll be the strategic force working in close partnership with customers to identify, shape, and scale their most impactful AI opportunities. Whether through direct collaboration on-site, virtually, or in hybrid models, you'll immerse yourself in their mission to uncover not just immediate pain points, but transformational possibilities - helping customers think beyond point solutions while scoping pragmatic, high-ROI starting points. You'll move quickly from insight to vision to execution, defining use cases, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks (Evals) that ensure every engagement is guided by measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and design to translate these insights into production-grade solutions that bring AI to life in mission-critical workflows. Your work will span defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and determining which solutions should be evolved into reusable platform capabilities that scale across customers and industries. You'll navigate seamlessly across stakeholder groups - from C-suite executives defining strategy to frontline workers using the product daily, from highly technical engineers to deeply business-focused leaders - ensuring alignment and clarity at every level. Importantly, your role doesn't end at launch - you'll remain accountable for validating impact, driving adoption, and evolving solutions based on customer feedback and usage data. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.. 1+ years experience taking AI or data-driven solutions from prototype to production in enterprise environments, ideally with direct customer exposure. Proven experience leading 0 to 1 initiatives - identifying an ambiguous customer pain point, framing a business case, and shipping a working solution in weeks. Technical fluency - able to read APIs, data schemas, and system diagrams, and translate between engineering, sales, and customer executives. Prior experience in forward-deployed, consulting, or customer-embedded roles, ideally delivering AI, data, or workflow automation solutions. Demonstrated product sense - ability to identify the right problems to solve, translate customer pain into product opportunities, and balance bespoke impact with scalable platform value. Solid ownership mindset - operates with autonomy and accountability, driving the full product lifecycle from discovery to adoption, and taking responsibility for measurable customer and platform impact. Comfort operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments - managing competing priorities across engineering, account teams, compliance, and customers. Hands-on experience with AI and LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, evals, and understanding applications and bottlenecks of AI in enterprise settings. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complexity into crisp narratives for executives and engineers alike.
