Overview As a Senior Product Manager focused on Windows Commercial User Experiences, you will own strategy and execution for features that empower IT administrators to manage Windows devices effectively and maximize user productivity in commercial environments. Responsibilities Drive Strategy and Vision: Define and lead the roadmap for commercial user experiences in Windows ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and customer needs. Own Product Areas: Take end-to-end ownership of medium-to-large feature areas, including framing problems, defining OKRs/KPIs, and setting design direction. Cross-Team Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and partner teams to deliver multi-release strategies and ensure customer-perceivable value. Customer Engagement: Gather insights through telemetry, feedback loops, and direct engagement with enterprise customers to inform decisions and prioritize investments. Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and AI tools to synthesize insights, validate hypotheses, and shape roadmap decisions. Mentorship and Influence: Mentor eary in career PMs and contribute to building a culture of clarity, inclusion, and excellence across the team. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working on user experience features. Experience in Windows or enterprise software ecosystems. Knowledge of commercial IT administration scenarios and tools. Proven experience in product management with ownership of medium-to-large feature areas. Demonstrated ability to use generative AI in all phases of product management from research to prototyping. Demonstrated fundamental skills: framing, storytelling, cross-team partnerships, and design direction. Proven ability to independently define strategy, scope, and success metrics. Demonstrated communication skills and executive maturity to represent the team effectively #W+DJOBS #wsdjobs #wsdcfe Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
