Lead the product and platform strategy for Researcher, Declarative Agent (DA), and GPT-5, ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable AI-powered features on mainline BizChat. Drive deep technical and scenario-based analyses to enhance AI feature quality and relevance for global markets, with a focus on business productivity solutions. Collaborate with science and engineering teams to build and optimize machine learning infrastructures, improving model quality, performance, and user experience. Engage directly with customers and key partners to gather requirements, prioritize features, and foster trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, promoting best practices in product management and AI development. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development 5+ years of experience in AI product management, including significant experience with enterprise platforms and mission-critical products. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and deep learning, preferably with experience leading LLM-based product initiatives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese, with a proven ability to influence and align diverse global teams. Customer-obsessed mindset and the ability to build alliances and drive results across organizational boundaries. Track record of managing the delivery of large-scale, high-impact AI features in business-critical environments. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Overseas working experience and a global perspective on enterprise technology markets. Experience with mainline enterprise communication or productivity platforms.
