Overview As a Senior Product Manager for Bing Mobile, you will own the E2E product or feature strategy and execution for key mobile experiences that delight millions of users worldwide. This role requires a solid blend of customer obsession, strategic thinking, and technical depth to design innovative features that drive engagement and growth. Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. Responsibilities Define Product Vision & Strategy: define the roadmap for Bing app experiences, aligning with business objectives and user needs. Drive Feature Design & Execution: Translate customer insights into intuitive, high-quality mobile features. Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, experimentation, and market research to inform prioritization and measure success. Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence and collaborate across disciplines and organizations to ensure clarity and alignment during periods of ambiguity. Customer-Centric Innovation: Anticipate user needs and industry trends to create differentiated experiences leveraging AI and personalization. Operational Excellence: Improve processes and frameworks to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Expertise in defining user journeys and making trade-offs between short-term and long-term investments. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with mobile app performance metrics, and AI-driven experiences. Leadership: Proven ability to lead by example, mentor junior PMs, and foster an inclusive team culture. Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and interpreting behavioral analytics to drive product decisions. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate vision and strategy to executives and stakeholders. Innovation Track Record: History of delivering breakthrough features that significantly improve engagement and retention. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Mobile Expertise: Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, app store ecosystems, and performance optimization for iOS and Android. AI & Personalization: Experience integrating AI-driven features, personalization, and search relevance into consumer-facing products. Global Scale Experience: Proven ability to design and launch products for diverse markets with localization and accessibility considerations.
