Description
Develop and drive an efficiency roadmap spanning hardware choices, workload orchestration, and fleet operations. Manage the full lifecycle of capacity planning and forecasting, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and alignment with finance and operations teams. Advance Copilot by identifying costs and integrating insights into the efficiency roadmap. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve control plane capabilities for faster experimentation, model selection, benchmarking, and production deployment. Serve as a connector across core infrastructure teams, Copilot infrastructure, and Azure AI to ensure shared goals, and aligned execution. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development 2+ years experience with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale distributed systems. 2+ years analytical and modeling skills; experience with forecasting, telemetry, and financial modeling. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Familiarity with hyperscale cloud environments (e.g., Azure), large-scale workload orchestration, and AI model deployment in enterprise platforms. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across technical and business teams.
