Overview The IDEAS team is building the foundation of AI-ready data platforms and analytics capabilities that power business decisions and GenAI scenarios across the company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to quarterback high-impact, end-to-end workstreams that span analytics, executive communications, business rhythms (ROBs), and cross-functional alignment across IDEAS and its partner teams. In this highly visible role, you will bring clarity and velocity to complex data and product initiatives that cut across technical and business domains. You’ll serve as the connective tissue across executive stakeholders, product teams, and analytics partners to deliver measurable impact and drive alignment on top company priorities. Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional workstreams across both internal and external teams outside IDEAS, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes. - Serve as the primary liaison for executive communications, ROBs (rhythms of business), and strategic reviews—crafting crisp narratives. - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and deliverables across the platform. - Drive analytics enablement and readiness, ensuring IDEAS surfaces actionable insights for product and business leaders. - Track progress, unblock issues, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, maintaining clarity and urgency across multiple initiatives. - Contribute to the definition and evolution of key metrics, data assets, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. - Influence platform and strategy decisions with clear business rationale and customer-centric thinking. - Act as a culture carrier and collaborator within IDEAS—coaching, mentoring, and amplifying the impact of others. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in data solutions. - Embody our culture and values Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). - 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). - Proven ability to drive cross-org initiatives with clarity, urgency, and high standards. - Exceptional executive communication skills, both verbal and written—able to distill complex data into strategic insights and narratives. - Strong data fluency with an understanding of analytics tooling, metrics frameworks, and how data informs product strategy. - Experience leading ROBs, business reviews, or exec QBRs. - Highly collaborative and adaptive mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Passion for data democratization, GenAI, and helping teams make better decisions with data. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
