Come join the team within Microsoft Office responsible for defending against threat actors (human and artificial), protecting customer privacy, and innovating responsible AI practices. The Office Shared Foundations security team is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead an organizational strategy and internal product roadmap to accelerate and derisk how the Office Product Group (OPG) delivers innovation securely to hundreds of millions of users worldwide. You'll be responsible for leading cross-discipline teams in envisioning, designing, and evangelizing AI agents and evals that help OPG teams quickly assess and mitigate their security risks. You'll need to think outside the box, challenge the norms/habits of the pre-AI era, and influence peers to embed AI into the fabric of how we work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity and across disciplines to drive alignment, synergy, and energy with peers and leaders in a large organization. Responsibilities Own strategy, requirements, roadmap, and execution for multiple AI-driven initiatives (e.g. agents) to accelerate security fundamentals for M365 and Copilot. Develop and lead the AI eval system for the Office organization to have robust, efficient, and accessible security and responsible AI evals. Innovate AI-driven capabilities to improve grounding used by security agents to detect, inform, and remediate threats and vulnerabilities. Leverage product-led-growth techniques, such as funnel analyses, experimentation, and user engagement to refine internal security products. Mentor peers and partners in evolving "how we work" to be AI-first. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to ship high-impact features in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with or desire to learn about AI security threats. Experience with AI evals and building AI agents. Ability to influence without authority and mentor junior team members. Ability to use generative AI throughput phases of product management. Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
