Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of FranConnect’s mobile products. This role focuses on solving the right problems for manager-, employee-, and franchisee-facing experiences, with an emphasis on critical, field-first daily workflows. You’ll work in a close product triad with Design and Engineering, partnering with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver high-quality mobile solutions. What You’ll Do Own the product vision and roadmap for FranConnect’s mobile experiences Define and prioritize solutions for field-first, daily-use workflows Balance the needs of managers, employees, and franchise stakeholders Partner with Design to shape intuitive, consistent mobile experiences Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant mobile solutions Use data, customer feedback, and business context to define problems and measure outcomes Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goals Present mobile strategy, decisions, and results to customers and product leadership Requirements What We’re Looking For 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS Experience owning mobile products or mobile-first workflows Strong product judgment in complex, multi-user environments Ability to make tradeoffs and drive clarity in ambiguous situations Excellent cross-functional communication skills Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus Why FranConnect Own mobile strategy for a platform used daily in real-world, field-first environments High-impact role shaping experiences for managers, employees, and franchise stakeholders Close partnership with design and engineering, shipping value monthly Direct customer exposure to validate problems and demonstrate outcomes Opportunity to improve cohesion and quality across a growing mobile ecosystem #LI-EK1
