Proven experience in product management, category management, healthcare products, medical devices, or related commercial roles, gained through commercial leadership, R&D or product development.
Proven understanding of the full product lifecycle, whether through hands-on product management, portfolio ownership, innovation, or commercial leadership.
Commercially grounded mindset, with experience supporting sales, tenders, value propositions, pricing discussions, or customer-facing product strategy.

Define and execute category strategy and roadmap across 1-year and 3+-year horizons, aligned to UK business objectives and global product direction.
