We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of innovative products that meet our customers’ needs and uphold our commitment to excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in driving product performance, quality, and reliability, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. This role reports to the Director of Product.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ Years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Git development environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- • As a key player in our team, you will define and communicate the product vision, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.
- Your role in developing and executing a product strategy that outlines the product’s goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) is crucial to our success.
- Market Research:
- • Conduct in-depth market research using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and data analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities and gaps in the market that the product can address.
- Requirements Gathering:
- • Your role as a product manager is not just about gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
- It’s about collaborating with stakeholders, including customers, to ensure their needs are met and our product succeeds.
- Together, we’ll create and maintain a product backlog or feature list.
- Product Roadmap:
- • As a product manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our product’s evolution.
- You’ll develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and releases over time.
- Your role in continuously updating and refining the roadmap based on changing market conditions and customer feedback is key to our continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product goals and execution.
- Product Development:
- • Define product specifications and requirements for the development team.
- Prioritize features and guide the development process, ensuring the product is delivered on time and within budget.
- As a product manager, you will work in the Agile environment, developing scrums and sprints and managing the development process through the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC).
- You will also create a pilot and training demo for the end product.
- User Experience (UX):
- • Collaborate with designers to create a user-friendly and visually appealing product. Ensure a seamless user experience through user testing and feedback.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product is free of defects and meets quality standards.
- Product Launch:
- • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing strategies, documentation, and training for sales and support teams.
- Performance Monitoring:
- • Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the product’s success and make data-driven decisions. Conduct post-launch analysis to gather user feedback and iterate on the product.
- Risk Management:
- • Identify and mitigate risks impacting the product’s development or success.
- Budget Management:
- • Manage the budget for product development, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Customer Support and Feedback:
- • Engage with customers to promptly gather feedback and address issues. Prioritize and implement customer-requested enhancements.
- Competitive Analysis:
- • Stay informed about competitors’ products and strategies, making recommendations to keep the product competitive.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- • Keep stakeholders, including executives, informed about the product’s progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Compliance and Security:
- • Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations and industry standards. Address security concerns and vulnerabilities.
- Documentation:
- • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical documentation. Prepare MRD and PRD for the product/feature under research.
- Scaling and Growth:
- • Plan for the long-term scalability and growth of the product, considering potential expansions and enhancements.
- Product End-of-Life:
- • Develop a strategy for product end-of-life, including sunsetting and migration plans if necessary.
- Team Leadership:
- • Lead and motivate the product team, providing guidance and support to team members.
