YOUR PROFILE

• You have 5+ years of ERP experience with accounting modules such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger or controlling
• Experience as a project or a product manager, ideally in an agile environment
• You pay attention to complete and clean documentation and are familiar with product and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma and Miro
• You have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Tech or any related field
• You have experience in navigating complex structures (such as ERP, CRM, WMS, etc.) and have a profound understanding of eCommerce platforms and the associated processes
• You are fluent in both English and German

• You own the finance product development: Lead the design and iterative implementation of state-of-art accounting processes
• You leverage your finance expertise of Order-to-Cash/ Procure-to-Pay processes to provide best practice insights, training, and support across other teams and customers
• You design specifications for the development of process related APIs, including inbound and outbound data transfers, supporting Xentral’s API first strategy
• You create a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and are therefore in close contact with our Customer Success and Account Management team
• You plan, design and prioritize your own product roadmap with a clear understanding of customer needs, strategic fit and long term product goals
• You have the ability to break down complex issues into understandable and actionable steps and communicate proactively with your colleagues in engineering
• You lead your full-stack team through the implementation of your roadmap and adjust where necessary
