Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager for the Owned & Operated (O&O) team. This highly impactful role blends operations, analytics, and product management, and is ideal for someone who loves turning ambiguous problems into real-world solutions quickly, and who’s excited to roll up their sleeves to prototype, test, and refine products and processes that directly shape how we operate and deliver care.
This role will not work with a dedicated engineering team and instead will work embedded within our operating teams to build MVPs using low-code / no-code tools to rapidly prototype and deploy products, tools, and processes that drive care quality, solve real problems alongside operators, and deliver impact that families feel.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a builder, optimizer, and innovator – seeing firsthand how your work changes the experience of our local teams - and makes a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

Honor’s Leadership Principles are the foundation of translating our mission into action. These principles define how we show up and make decisions, and how we hire, develop and grow talent. While Honor has 13 leadership principles, the following are particularly relevant to this role:

  • Identify Problems: Leaders have a keen sense that an identifiable problem is present. They identify it, determine the root cause and propose a solution. Leaders ensure solutions are implemented and partner as necessary.
  • GSD (get stuff done): Leaders make tangible progress, delivering quality and timely results. When looking at their accomplishments over the course of a month, it’s staggering what they have accomplished and how much they have moved the organization forward.
  • Think Systemically: Leaders consider the impact their ideas and actions have on the entire organization before making decisions. They consider inputs from across the organization and think about how their outputs will impact the entire company and its constituents. They prioritize what’s best for the broader business beyond their own team and don’t sacrifice long-term success for short-term results.
  • Balance Incremental and Radical Change: Leaders know when to pursue incremental progress and when to completely reinvent. They value making small, systematic changes over time to solve problems and push for audacious goals and embrace unconventional approaches to deliver transformative results
