PandaDoc is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our product experience, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and seamless for our customers. This is a high-impact role where you will shape how users navigate, interact with, and complete key tasks across the PandaDoc platform.
In this role, you’ll partner with engineering, design, research, and cross-functional teams to define product priorities and execute a roadmap that delivers meaningful improvements for our users and the business. You’ll have the opportunity to shape key product experiences, solve complex challenges, and create seamless, high-quality solutions that make a real impact.

USER EXPERIENCE & DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS

  • Use customer insights, usability testing, and analytics to identify and address key friction points.
  • Improve product navigation, organization, and task efficiency to create a more seamless experience.
  • Ensure product performance and reliability meet user expectations and business needs.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, shipping user-facing software features or products.
  • Proven ability to make high-impact decisions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining OKRs and product success metrics.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and working closely with design teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform product decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills—able to adjust messaging for different audiences.
  • Ability to write clear product specs, balance priorities, and drive execution.
  • Experience working on product usability improvements, navigation updates, or iterative design enhancements to improve user experience.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience in document management, workflow automation, or related SaaS domains.
  • Understanding of design systems and their role in creating a cohesive product experience.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong ability to drive alignment with senior stakeholders and leadership.
