Description
Own core products in our agentic portfolio end to end — roadmap, discovery and delivery. You'll partner with Engineering and applied-AI to turn ambiguous legal workflows into reliable agent behaviour, and with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to bring it to market. You need to be genuinely dangerous on: AI orchestration — planning/reasoning loops, multi-step workflows, how agents decide what to do next. Tool / function calling — structuring inputs/outputs, chaining calls, handling failure modes. RAG — retrieval pipelines, chunking/embeddings, grounding outputs in source documents. Evaluation & guardrails — measuring agent quality, human-in-the-loop review, audit trails. Trade-off reasoning — reliability vs latency vs cost vs UX, argued in real time with engineers. This isn't colour on a resume. You'll be asked to defend architecture decisions in the room. About you: 3+ years in product management, minimum, typically inside 6–8 years' total experience. Mixed paths welcome — engineering, applied AI, consulting, legal — provided you've owned a product from definition to launch, more than once. Hands-on or closely adjacent experience with AI/LLM products, ideally agentic systems, RAG or tool-using applications. Strong UI/UX instincts — you own design decisions, not just requirements. You define metrics before you build, instrument for them, and let evidence drive the next move. Comfortable being on a customer call, writing stories, reviewing evals and shaping GTM messaging in the same morning. What you'll be measured on: Real outcomes, not activity: full roadmap ownership by 90 days, live design-partner accounts by 6 months, a genuine agent quality bar (50% zero-touch acceptance), and adoption at scale by 12 months. Why this role: A rare shot at owning a frontier product inside a company that's already a category leader — with real decision-making authority, not just a seat at the table.
Responsibilities
