Description

Your Tasks:

  • Define, drive, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workforce analyticsin alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities as well as the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior management regarding product updates and strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and junior product owners.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in workforce analytics.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document customer needs, translating them into product requirements.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market needs.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights, feeding learnings back into the product development process.
  • Guide efforts to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytic tools.
  • Oversee quantitative analysis and the creation of predictive models to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve workforce decision-making.

Your Qualifications:

  • Masters’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and product ownership, with a focus on analytics (must) and workforce management solutions (should).
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful analytics products.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, workforce management, and business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles.
  • Strong understanding of security standards & compliance requirements in the context of analytics.
  • Experience with the role of AI in the space of analytics.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies.
  • Passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and ability to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersin a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

  • Experience in working with Agile methodology.
