Role Overview As Senior Product Manager - Provider Experience, you will lead the product strategy for our therapist-facing platform, driving innovation in how we enable clinical teams to deliver continuous therapy at scale. This role requires a product leader who can navigate the complexity of professional service delivery, change management, and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end provider experience, from designing tools and workflows that empower therapists, to partnering with operations to take pilots to scale, to building measurement systems that drive continuous improvement. Because our providers are consumer-facing, this role has direct impact on user experience - the tools and processes you build for therapists directly shape the quality of care our users receive. You'll collaborate closely with consumer product initiatives to ensure provider and user experiences are seamlessly aligned. This is a hands-on execution role that requires balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery, working closely with clinical teams to reimagine how therapy is practiced in a digital-first environment. In regular "jam sessions" with founders and clinical leadership, you'll shape the provider strategy and help build the future of continuous therapy and tech-enabled clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Provider Product Strategy Own the provider-side product roadmap - tools and workflows that enable therapists to deliver continuous therapy at scale Drive innovation in clinical processes - working with therapists to break from traditional models and leverage technology Lead release process for provider features - piloting, iterating, and scaling successful initiatives Collaborate closely with consumer product team - ensuring provider tools directly enhance user experience and align with consumer initiatives Change Management & Enablement Design change management initiatives that drive adoption of new tools and processes Create measurement frameworks for therapist performance and outcomes Partner with clinical leadership on training, onboarding, and ongoing development Collaborate with operations to pilot and scale - designing experiments, gathering learnings, and implementing across the network Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience building products for professional users (clinicians, service providers, B2B2C, or operational workflows) Proven ability to lead change management and drive adoption with frontline teams Experience partnering with operations to pilot, iterate, and scale initiatives Strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders - from clinical teams to engineers Scrappy and goal-oriented - comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment Nice-to-Have Skills Healthcare, mental health, or wellness platform experience Clinical or healthcare professional background (therapist, counselor, nurse, healthcare administrator, or other mental health/health professional) Experience with telehealth platforms or provider enablement programs Background in AI-powered tools for professionals or clinical workflow optimization Why This Role This is a rare opportunity to shape how mental health care is delivered at scale.
