What is the job: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Application security Product Management team. The AppSec Product Manager will work closely with R&D, QA, Delivery, Engineering, Sales/Business, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Technical Services teams and peering PMs to deliver innovative security solutions. The role is both inbound and outbound and requires the full amplitude of excellent communication and team collaboration skills to materialize potential business What will you do? Oversee and measured on Application Security business growth: WAF, API, CSP and Web DDoS protection. Ongoing interaction with Engineering to develop innovative and high-quality product capabilities. Define successful strategy and detailed roadmap Present new features to prospects and customers and train field teams on new product offerings. Define and manage competitive differentiation at the feature and service level. Providing pre-sales tools for customer-facing organizations Provide relevant collaterals to customer-facing organizations to promote sales What you need: At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager Good knowledge of application security domain, security markets, threats, and competition In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles – backlog management, planning and prioritization of stories, epics and Features Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority High level of self-training and self-drive Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar Excellent document crafting and presentation skills Ability to support the following: Experience with cloud AppSec security solutions Engineering / hands-on R&D background Why you should join us: Employees from more than 40 countries have chosen Radware as a place where they can belong.
