As a Senior Product Manager in Regtech, you will be working together with Engineering, Design and Data Science teams on building seamless onboarding experiences for millions of partners (Hotels, Car rental companies, Flight aggregators, etc) that want to join the Booking.com platform. Building a seamless onboarding flow for partners is key for Booking.com success and the scope is broad: 50+ countries, user flows visited by millions of partners, and integration with tens of identity verification providers globally. What you’ll be doing: Deeply understand the problems that Partners joining Booking.com can/might have when they try to onboard on our platform and get their identity verified; Create a compelling strategy that explains how we plan to enhance the onboarding experience for partners across the globe while supporting all regulatory requirements Booking.com is subject to. Collaborate with other product leaders on articulating the product strategy based on partner and market insights; champion it across the company to achieve broad alignment and visibility Own the delivery of the key milestones for the Identity Verification Platform products & report monthly to leadership on OKRs progress Work closely with Engineering, Data Science and stakeholders across the company to define and ship products that solve problems for our partners, travelers and for Booking.com; Define the KPIs for the product, and be the ultimate responsible for its success. What you’ll bring: Required 5 years of experience as a Product Manager & 2 years of experience as Sr Product Manager A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software products; Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization; Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques; 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI), Business, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager will work with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to enhance onboarding experiences for partners on the Booking.com platform. They will define product strategies and own the delivery of key milestones for the Identity Verification Platform.
