This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in Germany. In this role, you will lead digital product initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, driving projects from discovery through delivery. You will have ownership of outcomes from day one, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and clients, shaping product vision while ensuring measurable impact. Accountabilities: Lead client engagements end-to-end, from initial scoping to delivery and post-launch review. Plan and facilitate workshops to define goals, roadmap, and project scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate strategic objectives into clear epics, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements. Set up and guide delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, user value, and success metrics. Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining transparency, trust, and clear communication. Foster collaboration between design and engineering teams, ensuring user-centered and technically feasible solutions. Promote continuous improvement in product development practices and team workflows. Proven experience managing digital product or platform initiatives, ideally in a consulting, agency, or service-led environment. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Hands-on experience leading projects end-to-end, including team formation, budget management, and delivery oversight. Structured yet flexible mindset capable of navigating complexity and guiding teams to clear outcomes. Hands-on understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). Excellent communication skills in German (fluent/native) and English (proficient). Experience mentoring and enabling teams, supporting junior and mid-level colleagues. Passion for cross-functional collaboration, uniting designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Nice-to-have: experience across multiple industries, familiarity with product frameworks (JTBD, Lean Canvas, Double Diamond), and experience in remote-first team environments.
