Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Resident Benefits Package (RBP), with a strong focus on enhancing property manager and resident value and profitability. You will be responsible for driving the RBP product roadmap, analyzing resident needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an innovative and effective RBP that aligns with our strategic goals supporting our customers, property managers, and their end users, residents. This role requires a blend of product management expertise, resident-centric thinking, and a passion for personalizing experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • RBP Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for the RBP and how it fits into pre and post onboarding journey phases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for new product innovation within the RBP space.
  • Develop a deep understanding of property manager, resident needs and preferences to identify patterns and trends.
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities and craft an opportunities roadmap in collaboration with our partnerships team
  • RBP Product Development & Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the RBP, prioritizing features that enhance resident experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product and data teams to develop and implement features, such as personalized recommendations and dynamic pricing.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, property manager goals and resident needs.
  • Lead the ideation, prototyping, testing, and refinement of RBP solutions.
  • Resident-Centric Analysis & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize pricing, features, and messaging, leveraging AI to personalize the testing process.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure alignment on RBP strategies.
  • Communicate product updates and changes, including AI-powered features, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to property management teams on the RBP, including how to leverage AI-driven insights.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from residents and property managers, leveraging AI-powered sentiment analysis to identify key themes.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data science, & business teams to prototype and validate solutions.
