JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Software Product Manager to join our technology team. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, developing, and managing our product management teams. You will also implement agile processes, ensuring that our software development and production cycles run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead cross-functional groups to strategize, plan, and execute on our software products to meet our company’s vision and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software company.
  2. Proven experience in managing full product lifecycles.
  3. Significant experience setting up and developing product management teams.
  4. Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing Agile processes.
  5. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and stakeholder management.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate company vision and product strategy clearly.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  9. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification will be an advantage.
    The Senior Software Product Manager must exhibit a strong combination of analytical talent, technical depth, and excellent leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver, someone who can inspire their team and stakeholders towards a unified goal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to and execute strategic product planning and vision.
  2. Develop and manage a team of product managers, establishing team metrics, objectives, and key results.
  3. Implement and oversee agile product management methodologies, driving projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
  4. Work closely with engineering teams to develop software products that meet market needs and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage stakeholder input and expectations, ensuring that communication across all areas of the business is clear and effective.
  6. Prioritize product enhancements and customer requests, incorporating them into the product roadmap.
  7. Create and conduct product presentations to executive management, sales teams, and key clients.
  8. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and user experience best practices to incorporate into software product strategies.
