The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the (Senior) Product Manager Rx (m/f/d) role will make an impact:

  • Coordinate and steer the cross-functional brand team, consisting of market access, supply chain, medical, sales, business intelligence and other relevant departments
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns, to maximize the commercial potential of our pancreatic enzyme business or other gastroenterology products
  • Develop, monitor and execute clear tactical plans in order to meet objectives as set in accordance with strategic priorities by distinct KPI orientation
  • Optimize marketing mix to increase profitability and ROI
  • Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify and address market opportunities and allow timely intervention when required
  • Create business cases, take full forecast responsibility and manage product life cycle
  • Provide strategic direction, marketing and promotional materials and product training to the sales teams
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets and project timelines
  • Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional level
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are following regulatory and legal requirements
  • Regular reporting to local and international brand management

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Master’s degree in economics, natural sciences or equivalent
  • Qualification according to § 75 AMG (“Arzneimittelgesetz”) preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in product management for Rx products, experience in pancreatic enzyme business, Cystic Fibrosis and/or Gastroenterology is an advantage
  • Passion to work in a dynamic working environment where you can make the difference
  • Experience in leading bigger interdisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent digital/omnichannel marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to interact with sales force and key customers
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
