WHAT’S THE POSITION?

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager /Senior Game Producer to lead the charge in building the next generation of slot and iCasino games for Hard Rock Bet Casino. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the product vision and contribute to the production roadmap—from first spark of an idea to full game launch.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of the Studio, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to guide both internal developers and external partners toward one goal: delivering best-in-class, revenue-driving game content that sets new standards in quality, innovation, and player engagement. This is more than a product role—it’s a chance to be a creative producer, strategic thinker, and team leader, all in one.

You are passionate about gaming and possess deep industry knowledge, along with the strategic vision and operational acumen to guide a high-performing, global team in a fast-paced Studio games development in a regulated environment.

• Slot Game Development - Drive the full product lifecycle for iCasino slot games—from ideation to launch management—ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and commercial impact.
• Analyze Market & Competitive Trends - Research and track leading iCasino and adjacent gaming categories (e.g., social, mobile, skill-based) to inform innovative, high-performing game concepts and features.
• Shape the Slot Content Roadmap - Select and prioritize new games and features that align with HRD Studios strategy and KPIs, driving measurable revenue growth and player engagement.
• Define Game Requirements - Write clear, high-level game product requirements and collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate concepts into game specs working with our game development teams
• Collaborate on Game Design & Production - Partner with internal and external studios on game design, development, math, mechanics, visuals, and sound to deliver top-tier slot experiences that meet brand and regulatory standards.
• Optimize Game Performance – Working with internal teams monitor live game performance, optimize lobby placement, and coordinate with marketing to drive traffic and visibility for in-house slot titles.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution - Manage game delivery milestones with internal teams and external partners; ensure alignment across design, development, QA, marketing, and operations.
