At Blossom, we are looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong experience in the payments space and digital product implementation.
We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a focus on designing and developing innovative financial products, optimizing key processes, and scaling operations. This role will be key to strengthening our leadership in the fintech sector.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Proven experience in digital payment products (credit/debit cards, P2P, PSPs, gateways, etc.).
• Active involvement in product implementations in production environments, with knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams.
• Intermediate/advanced English (preferred).

• Lead the definition and evolution of the product roadmap for payment-related solutions (cards, transfers, wallets, etc.).
• Coordinate the implementation of new features and products, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with technology, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure high-impact deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs related to adoption, conversion, and user satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in payment flows and propose innovative solutions.
