What you’ll be doing: Leading strategic change projects to improve product processes and operating models Driving efficiency by analysing workflows and implementing streamlined solutions Managing projects using robust planning tools and risk mitigation strategies Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements Supporting product reviews and identifying opportunities for enhancements Providing technical expertise on product structures, regulations, and operations Engaging operational teams and service providers to deliver successful outcomes Collaborating with market insights teams to inform competitive product development Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Degree qualified or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of asset management and pooled product structures Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management Proven ability in project management and process improvement Understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance standards Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams Professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA (desirable) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
