Own an end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cost & Efficiency experiences for Ford's Telematics products, globally. Cost & Efficiency includes ownership of: Total Cost of Ownership, EV Features, Multi-Make vehicle experiences, and more. Work with sales and marketing to ensure your products are commercially successful Established and active employee resource groups What do our commercial customers need? How does this vary by persona? By customer segment? By region? How should these needs be met through in-vehicle, web and app features for Telematics? How well are these customers served today by currently available offerings? How can Ford differentiate and best serve our commercial customers? Set and drive the product roadmap to bring your vision to life, working with the engineering and design teams Partner with Telematics back-end product, engineering and design to understand what is possible from a data, controls, insights, etc. standpoint and to align on joint roadmaps to create novel, high-value features Partner with Product Marketing to assess and integrate 3rd party solutions when applicable Bachelor's degree required 7+ years as a product manager, having shipped successful products in the past, ideally in the B2B SaaS space and/or data/insights-heavy products Track record of solving tough problems and delivering working solutions throughout career Demonstrated effectiveness in large, complex, highly matrixed organizations Passion for serving customers This position is posted as ‘remote' unless the selected candidate lives within 50 miles of Dearborn, MI or Palo Alto, CA. If so, then it requires a hybrid onsite schedule, with 4 days a week in office. Master's degree in Business or Engineering (ME, EE, MBA or equivalent) Experience working with / in businesses that utilize fleets of vehicles, specifically mixed fleets Experience working with data and products which leverage data Experience in visualizing Cost savings for customers Academic and/or work background in digital products for automotive Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
