  • What You'll Be DoingProduct LeadershipOwn the definition, delivery and management of digital identity and biometric products and services.
  • Develop product vision, strategy and roadmaps for Public Sector clients.
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Apply agile delivery principles across multidisciplinary teams.


  • Digital Identity & BiometricsDesign and deliver innovative identity and biometric solutions.
  • Work with leading biometric vendors, partners and technology suppliers.
  • Support clients in defining their identity strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct feasibility studies, trials and discovery activities.


  • Client & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and shape future services.
  • Provide market insights, industry best practice and technology recommendations.
  • Help clients navigate complex digital transformation and identity challenges.


  • Industry LeadershipRepresent the organisation within the wider Digital Identity and Biometrics community.
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Speak at industry events and conferences.
  • Support business development and new client opportunities.


  • Mentoring & Team DevelopmentCoach and mentor team members.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Support the growth of digital identity capability across the organisation.
