Mission JobHire.AI is a personal AI agent for continuous professional development and happiness at work What You’ll Do As User Progress PM, you’ll own everything related to the user’s perceived value and progress — before, during, and even after the job search is complete. Your mission is to help users thrive, whether JobHire directly delivered the job or not. You’ll design tools, systems, and feedback loops that increase transparency, trust, retention, and re-engagement, while building the foundation for long-term support like our AI career coach. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, support, marketing, and leadership to build features that users love to come back to, share with friends, and stay with long-term.
