This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 4600000 (ie INR 15-46 LPA) Experience: 8+ yrs Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune Job Type: full-time We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation automation and agent orchestration platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform engineering, and AI-driven automation, where you will define and scale systems that power intelligent workflows, agent lifecycle management, and enterprise-grade automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will own the product vision end-to-end, driving reliability, scalability, and measurable business outcomes across automation pipelines and platform adoption. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to build a robust, API-driven platform that enables seamless orchestration of tasks, agents, and workflows at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product roadmap for the automation and agent orchestration platform Define the long-term product vision including agent lifecycle, skill registry, orchestration patterns, and monitoring frameworks Design system guardrails including human-in-the-loop workflows, confidence scoring, and intelligent routing mechanisms Establish and optimize product success metrics including automation funnel (Task Volume → Attempted → Processed → Completed) Write detailed PRDs and translate complex requirements into clear engineering deliverables Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and operations teams Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful client onboarding and production go-lives Present product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders Mentor associate product managers and analysts to build strong product execution capabilities Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, efficiency, and scalability Work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality API design and distributed system architecture alignment What Makes You a Great Fit 8–12 years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products Strong experience building products around APIs, orchestration systems, workflows, or automation platforms Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system observability Strong analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, building funnels, and driving root-cause analysis Proven ability to write clear, structured PRDs and simplify complex technical concepts for execution Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging CXO-level leadership Experience working on automation, RPA, workflow engines, or agent-based systems is highly preferred Exposure to AI/ML product ecosystems including LLMs, NLP, document intelligence, or MLOps is a strong plus Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and modern data/AI infrastructure is an advantage Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior product talent Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership environments
