Join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager focused on Go-to-Market activity and Customer Experience, where you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives – from defining vision and roadmaps to executing high-impact campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage product backlogs, and ensure initiatives deliver against key business objectives. Your responsibilities will include shaping product propositions, driving go-to-market campaigns, championing customer insights, and ensuring all product changes meet risk and compliance standards. Additionally, you’ll monitor performance against product OKRs, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio. This role is Sydney-based, and is a 12-month contract with potential for permanency. What do I need? Strategic proposition development – Design differentiated offerings aligned to priority segments and markets, collaborating with enabling functions to ensure seamless execution. Customer experience enhancement – Bring an underlying curiosity and proactive mindset to continuously improve. Partner with stakeholders across the bank to identify opportunities, enhance the mortgages journey, and build robust initiative roadmaps. Influential stakeholder management – Demonstrate strong ability to engage and influence senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, Compliance, Risk, and Transformation. Regulatory awareness and risk management – Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively manage current and emerging risks. Data-driven performance optimisation – Monitor and analyse key metrics such as share of voice, application volumes, conversion rates, NPS, and complaints to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Team leadership and mentoring – Support the growth and development of team members, fostering capability and curiosity to strengthen product expertise Why join us?
