You’ll help shape how we price and support growth across our Business deposit portfolio, balancing customer outcomes with strong and sustainable performance. You’ll work closely with teams across Treasury, Product, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Distribution to bring pricing ideas to life and support how the portfolio performs over time. This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney, Barangaroo / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with flexible work arrangements. You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, share insights from market trends and customer behaviour, and contribute to initiatives such as new products, pricing capability uplift and technology improvements. It’s a role where you’ll collaborate, learn and help shape meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business. What do I need? * Experience in pricing, product, treasury, finance or a similar commercial area, or transferable experience you can apply in this space * Ability to work with data and turn it into clear, practical insights that support decision making * Confidence building relationships and working with a range of teams and stakeholders * Understanding of financial products, commercial drivers or customer outcomes * Interest in contributing to projects or initiatives that improve processes, products or capabilities Why join us?
