This role will lead the strategy and execution of workflow and automation capabilities for cloud-based platforms, empowering organizations to optimize processes, enforce accountability, and improve operational efficiency. You will define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and translate business needs into actionable solutions while driving cross-functional alignment. The position requires a strategic and technically adept product leader capable of influencing stakeholders, guiding engineering teams, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will monitor market trends, incorporate AI-driven enhancements, and ensure that automation tools effectively meet customer needs. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, embraces innovation, and fosters collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities: · Define the strategic roadmap for workflows and automation capabilities, aligning initiatives with business objectives. · Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and phased delivery plans. · Track progress, communicate updates, and adjust plans in response to market, customer, or business changes. · Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product strategy with organizational goals. · Maintain competitive and market awareness to ensure sustained differentiation. · Validate readiness of product features for release, ensuring high-quality customer experiences. · 5+ years of experience in product or technical roles, delivering workflow, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or Policy as Code solutions for cloud operations or Cloud FinOps. · Proven experience integrating AI into products and leveraging AI to enhance workflows. · Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies and familiarity with technical users and buyers (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, SREs, Data Engineers, CIOs/CTOs, CFOs, IT Managers). · Experience with building automation and workflow capabilities in SaaS or software engineering products. · Self-motivated, independent, and proactive with strong creative and critical thinking skills. · Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams. · Strong technical proficiency to engage effectively with engineering teams. · Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data and adapting to a fast-changing SaaS environment. · Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). · Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. · Flexible working options and remote work support. · Comprehensive health insurance coverage. · Generous parental leave and paid time off. · Employee stock option plan. · Home office allowance and professional development stipend. · Peer recognition programs and a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
