Required qualifications for this role:

  • Extensive experience in product management, preferably in health & fitness, SaaS, or a related industry.
  • A track record of shaping strategy and delivering impactful products.
  • Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills – the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Experience working closely with customers, conducting interviews, and synthesising qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy, making strategic decisions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Comfort with engaging executive stakeholders and presenting a clear product vision.
  • Experience in an Agile Scrum environment, managing roadmaps, backlog grooming, and iterative releases.
  • Excellent communication skills – capable of influencing teams and aligning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within ANZ for customer visits and market research.
  • Can synthesise insights from data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive business outcomes.
  • Can work independently, manage complexity, and influence key decisions.

This role suits an existing product leader at a Start-up or Senior/Group Product Manager in a similar size company looking for their next step-up.
