We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive our MSSP product strategy, delivering impactful solutions to our B2B enterprise clients.
As the Senior Product Manager for MSSP, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a world-class MSSP offering that meets the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a passion for building innovative products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, business, cybersecurity).
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market.
  • Familiarity with MSSP offerings and customer needs is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Craft and execute a comprehensive MSSP product strategy aligned with ZeroFox’s overall business objectives, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Prioritization & Execution: Manage conflicting priorities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and efficient resource allocation. Partner effectively with engineering to make data-driven prioritization decisions, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Own and drive large, complex, cross-functional projects, delivering on-time and within budget, with measurable impact. This includes leading product discovery, defining requirements, and managing the development lifecycle.
  • User-Centric Approach: Champion user research to identify emerging trends, understand customer pain points, and uncover opportunities for innovation within the MSSP space. Leverage insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Roadmap Development & Communication: Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap for the MSSP offering, effectively communicating the vision and priorities to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales, and marketing. Secure buy-in and alignment across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to identify and quantify opportunities for growth and innovation. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and meticulously measure the success of product releases, using data to inform future iterations.
  • Product Release Management: Oversee the entire product release process, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of desired outcomes, as evidenced by pre-defined metrics. Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations, specifically as they relate to MSSP offerings.
