THE POSITION

Product Marketer at Expandi is not only about promoting features but about truly connecting the product vision with customer needs and market opportunities. Our team is looking for an experienced Product Marketer to act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure our story is clear, compelling, and consistent. A typical day doesn’t exist, you will find yourself aligning roadmaps across teams, shaping messaging for different customer segments, fact-checking content, and monitoring competitors to keep our positioning sharp. You will also drive product launches, build onboarding and demo experiences, create assets with internal and external partners, and report on key metrics that show how our marketing fuels growth. At the core, this role is about telling the product’s story in a way that inspires customers, empowers teams, and accelerates adoption.

YOUR TALENTS AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a software or SaaS organization.
  • Record in building Go-To-Market strategies for software product launches.
  • Previous experience in the SME/Mid Market in sales outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as an outreach tool (bonus also with Sales Navigator).
  • Strong initiative and willingness to introduce new ideas.
  • Good organizational skills, capacity to juggle multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Extraverted and empathic, energizing teams and driving collaboration.
  • People-focused: passionate about building meaningful professional relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Straightforward and assertive, great at giving feedback, even better at listening.
  • Strategic entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, gets things done and makes things happen.
  • Confident communicator, fluent in English.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a bridge between Product and Marketing teams: run sync meetings, ensure alignment, communicate product roadmap to plan marketing activities, voice marketing requests to the product team.
  • Direct marketing team on product launches and necessary promotional activities.
  • Determine and maintain key messaging and guidelines for the product and its features, including specifications for individual customer segments.
  • Draft product-related communications via email and Intercom to keep our customers informed of new product updates, upcoming changes, and other key announcements.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for any shifts or key developments that affect product positioning.
  • Fact-check any product mentions within marketing content for accuracy and alignment with product capabilities and messaging.
  • Coordinate creation of any necessary product screenshots, videos, and other demo assets for purposes of marketing and sales enablement.
  • Assist with creation and updates to onboarding flows and communications to both new paid and trialing users.
  • Create interactive product demos using Navattic to showcase specific product features and capabilities.
  • Direct creation of free interactive tools on the marketing website in coordination with an external developer team and internal stakeholders.
  • Report on key product marketing metrics such as the conversion rate from trial to paid plans, number of new users who launch campaigns in the tool, number of users reactivated from churn.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as product, customer support, customer success, and sales on key product marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing collaboration with any external integration partners and the functionalities of those integrations.
