ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) is the 360° marketing unit for Zalando’s brand partners. We offer a diverse product suite that spans multiple marketing channels, enabling brands to achieve their advertising objectives in the digital space based on deep consumer insights and a unique fashion, beauty, sports and designer context.
The Product Marketing Team at ZMS is responsible for the successful launch of our range of advertising solutions, representing the voice of the partner, and collaborating closely with both commercial and product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
You will be responsible for driving the product marketing strategy for our portfolio of advertising products and services, ensuring partners are empowered to leverage our offers to their fullest potential whilst generating excitement on new product releases. We’re looking for a strategist and marketer with a sales mindset who’ll combine product strategy with engaging storytelling and tactical experimentation across a range of products and services. As part of the Product Marketing Team, you’ll spearhead the successful launch of partner offers, with a focus on driving product adoption by meeting the diverse needs of our partners.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Strategy Development: You’ll conduct Partner, Market and Product Research to understand trends and the competitive landscape, and guide product marketing strategy development. You will use this research to understand and develop differentiated and impactful value propositions, developing marketable narratives that articulate what is different, better and remarkable about our product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate and Influence. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Sales and Marketing teams to bring new advertising solutions to market.
  • Develop and execute. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to launch new or improved advertising solutions. You’ll create product marketing assets to drive awareness and adoption of these solutions.
  • Drive for impact: You’ll measure impact through data and insights, experiment and drive continuous improvement of the products and services you are supporting.
