EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • ~8 years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketing
  • Expertise within the data, AI or automation space
  • Track record of successfully launching AI products.
  • Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CXOs across IT and business audiences about their requirements
  • Experience presenting at conferences and customer engagements
  • Highly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideas
  • Proactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touch
  • Agile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal
  • A bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projects
  • BA/BS degree is required, ideally in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for someone who loves products and wants to spend time thinking about, talking about, and working on positioning them. In this role, you’ll be owning our AI product offering and broader positioning and messaging, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform. You will partner with our product leads, AI engineers and lead our product positioning and go-to-market strategy for solutions at the heart of Celonis’ value proposition.
You’ll work hand in hand with our product teams, our go-to-market teams – think sales and presales – and our marketing team.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

Product Positioning:

  • Create product positioning and messaging for global scalability, differentiating our product within the market.
  • Craft compelling pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions tailored to the target audience.
  • Be the go-to expert on how our product showcases the capabilities of the Celonis platform.

Market Mastery:

  • Utilize sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence to dominate the product area market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Inform Product Strategy:

  • Partner with the product management team to strategize and launch new products, ensuring ongoing adoption.
  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer behaviors, criteria, and influencers to inform product strategies

Product Adoption and Success:

  • Understand the product’s value proposition and competition, coaching teams on outmaneuvering rivals.
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to develop impactful campaigns driving pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce compelling materials such as solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles.
  • Establish thought leadership by participating in events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements.
