Description

At Clarity RCM, we’re transforming dermatology, combining expert revenue cycle services with emerging software and AI. Our solutions empower dermatologists and patients with smarter, faster, and more effective tools. And we’re just getting started!
We need a strategic, resourceful Senior Product Marketing Manager who can own the end-to-end plan: craft our narrative, build the growth playbook, arm sales with winning assets, and turn campaigns (digital, field, or AI-powered) into predictable pipeline. If you can set strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute, let’s talk.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This hybrid role blends product marketing with high-impact sales support. You’ll develop compelling messaging and materials (like decks, pamphlets, and customer-facing assets), support key client meetings, and plan memorable experiences at conferences and private dinners to strengthen relationships with prospective clients.
You won’t inherit a playbook. You’ll write it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape the story. Develop and own Clarity’s brand voice, positioning, and narrative—so every asset conveys our empowerment message across services and upcoming products.
  • Arm the field. Build and maintain a sales-enablement library (decks, one-pagers, email sequences, battlecards) that shortens deal cycles.
  • Translate features to value. Turn new service and product capabilities into crisp, benefit-driven messaging and launch briefs.
  • Produce on-brand collateral. Oversee design of pamphlets, product brochures, conference materials, and ensure consistent look & tone across teams.
  • Run smart campaigns. Spin up lightweight, AI-powered workflows—GPT-crafted nurture copy, referral automations, quick microsites—to test and scale outreach.
  • Own field marketing. Plan and execute Clarity’s presence at key industry events—from private dinners to national conferences—and drive follow-up programs.
  • Be the brand ambassador. Represent Clarity in forums, webinars, and client communities; capture insights to inform product and growth roadmaps.
  • Measure & optimize. Track engagement and pipeline impact of every asset or event; double-down on what moves revenue.
  • Orchestrate resources. Coordinate agencies and freelancers (design, copy, print, video) to hit deadlines and maintain high quality.
