POSITION SUMMARY

Sketchy is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Institutional to help drive our next chapter of institutional growth. You’ll be a key player in building go-to-market execution across programs including UME, GME, CME, NP, PA, and MCAT, working alongside sales, product, and brand teams.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with real opportunity for impact. You’ll be shaping messaging, building sales tools, supporting events, and helping turn insight into action. Responsibilities
  • Execute go-to-market plans for institutional offerings across all programs (UME, GME, CME, NP, PA, MCAT)
  • Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with educators, administrators, and academic decision-makers
  • Own the creation and management of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, email templates, and case studies
  • Lead messaging and collateral development for conferences and events, in partnership with our Brand Marketing leader (who owns the overall event strategy)
  • Partner with Sales to support webinars, workshops, and educational campaigns that fuel the institutional pipeline
  • Conduct quantitative research to drive segment understanding, opportunity sizing, and campaign focus
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Finance to coordinate and track the institutional marketing budget
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and surface insights that inform positioning and go-to-market
  • Translate educator and institutional feedback into insights that influence product and content
  • Align with Sales on key success metrics tied to pipeline, conversions, awareness, and advocacy.
