You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and UX to ensure that our marketing and our product delivers a clear, compelling, and delightful experience for our users. This role isn’t just about marketing or UX in isolation—it’s about combining the two to create a cohesive customer journey. From working on defining GTM strategies and participating in the way we implement these, and also crafting intuitive in-product experiences, you’ll guide prospects from curiosity to conversion. What You’ll Do Customer Insights and Messaging: Leverage customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to refine messaging, user flows, and product positioning. Ensure that all touch points—from ads to in-product experiences—align with the user’s expectations and needs. Storytelling and Content: Develop narratives and campaigns that tell the story of how our product solves real-world problems. Craft messaging that is both curiosity-driven (top of funnel) and solution-focused (mid and bottom funnel). Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to deeply understand target audiences, develop positioning, and execute GTM plans that drive adoption and growth. Translate customer pain points into messaging that resonates at every stage of the funnel. User Experience (UX): Partner with UX designers to craft intuitive in-product experiences that reduce friction and reinforce value. Use micro-copy, interface design, and user flows to turn interest into action. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives. Develop clear and actionable strategies to address gaps in the buyer’s journey. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of substantial experience in marketing: Deep understanding of GTM strategies, customer acquisition, and lead nurturing. Proven experience planning and executing successful campaigns. 5+ years of substantial experience a position that includes UX Collaboration- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and micro-copy. Proven track record of successful collaboration between marketing, UX, and product teams. Product Knowledge- Ability to communicate technical features as customer benefits. Substantial experience in collaborating product managers and developers. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while sweating the details that matter. Data-driven approach to identifying and addressing gaps in the user journey. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. A knack for empathy—both for the user and cross-functional teams. Experience in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced startup environments. English — mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written skills; all communications are ONLY in English.
