In this pivotal role, you will optimize marketing strategies and enhance market share and competitiveness. Your analytical skills will be essential as you assess and prioritize strategic opportunities while executing various traffic initiatives. You'll be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns across web and social media, ensuring alignment across teams to drive the overall marketing communications strategy. This role is crucial for promoting the company’s customer value proposition and corporate presence in various events. \n Accountabilities Analyze marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and evaluate marketing campaigns, including traffic lead generation and sales activity. Develop and manage consumer-based marketing and branding strategies, including web and social media marketing campaigns. Liaise with management, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of creative marketing to business priorities. Lead internal cross-functional meetings, facilitating discussions and tracking deliverables. Establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks. Monitor key marketing metrics and develop market segmentation models. Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for search and social promotion. Design and maintain customer-centric creative assets for both print and digital advertising. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism/communications, or a related discipline. 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in conference-planning or learning departments. Hands-on experience running marketing programs using email, CMS, and social media platforms. Excellent technical literacy including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of trending topics and creative approaches for marketing campaigns. Experience marketing SAAS and/or to associations/nonprofits is required. Superb organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
