As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be reporting directly to our Director of Product Marketing in our marketing department. You will work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, product management and sales enablement in a highly collaborative environment. This role will have high visibility and impact at the organization as you will provide a deep understanding of the market and our products to help optimize our company performance.
While our ideal candidate would be located in the Greater Toronto Area, we are open to candidates across Canada. We are a remote-first company with a head-office in Toronto. We don’t mandate team members to come in on a particular schedule, however if you are local, we encourage team members to come into the office to foster connection with their colleagues on a schedule that works for them personally.

Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end Product Marketing ownership of one or more Security Compass product areas (SD Elements, Devici, Application Security Training).
  • Develop positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Security Compass’s products and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with demand generation on campaign strategy, content, collateral, and event messaging.
  • Create sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards for the sales team.
  • Drive product launches and updates, ensuring consistent communication across teams.
  • Strengthen market credibility through customer advocacy initiatives such as managing customer review sites, testimonial videos, and developing case studies.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to shape go-to-market strategies and refine messaging.
  • Occasional travel to industry events and conferences to represent Security Compass.
