Step into a high-impact role through our exclusive partnership with Booking.com. You will work closely with our internal Marketing, product and data teams as well as the Booking.com for Business marketing and sales team (Amsterdam-based) and their product lead (Singapore) to develop and execute initiatives that optimise acquisition, activation, and retention. You will become the ultimate authority on our users. By diving deep into market trends and competitor landscapes, you’ll uncover the "why" behind every customer decision. You won’t just be guessing; you’ll be the strategic architect using data-driven insights to help our product teams build messaging that doesn't just reach buyers—it resonates with them. What you will be doing Partner with Product and Marketing to craft a high-impact narrative that doesn't just reach target personas – it strikes a chord and compels action Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new product offerings and enhancements Create a high-performance toolkit of marketing collateral and in-product templates that arm our internal stakeholders with everything they need to win You will be the primary driver behind the metrics that matter, owning initiatives that spark Activation, Adoption, Retention and Expansion and working with cross-functional teams to deliver Work with our data team to define the audience logic, segmentation rules that ensure the right message hits the right user Build the infrastructure that empowers the marketing team to self-serve data, turning raw numbers into actionable growth strategies. What you will bring to the team Proven track record of high-growth experience across Product, Growth or Lifecycle Marketing, especially within the fast-paced B2B SaaS ecosystem You are the ‘glue’ between departments, with a talent for rallying product, engineering and commercial teams around an ambitious vision You are the master storyteller, turning complex technical features into compelling narratives for presentations and content Comfort working with data, segmentation logic and experimentation frameworks You are a steady hand in a fast-moving environment, known for your strategic poise and your ability to map out a clear path forward in the face of ambiguity.
