Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager at Moveworks, you’ll drive go-to-market strategy, enable the field, serve as a strategic partner to GTM teams, create compelling content that converts, help launch products, and contribute to making Moveworks the undisputed leader in our space.
With a specific focus in Solutions Marketing you will be responsible for standing up the foundations of solutions marketing from the ground up. This includes sharpening our ability to market to different lines of business (HR, finance, facilities, sales, marketing, etc.), different industry verticals (manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, government, etc.), and different business initiatives (cost reduction, AI/digital transformation, etc.).

  • Bring consistency to how the PMM team creates effective and creative messaging, from the brand down to our products and features
  • Refine our product launch strategy in partnership with PM, starting from product ideation
  • Deeply understand market needs for the products we develop
  • Orchestrate impactful product launches, working closely with counterparts across Growth, Product, Sales, GTM Enablement, Customer Success, and others
  • Continuously gather and synthesize insights from prospect meetings, customer interviews, and data from sales tools to identify ways to improve our messaging/positioning, sales process, and product capabilities
  • Become an expert in the customer buying decision, competitors, partners, and fast-evolving landscape through ongoing research
  • Work closely with our Content and Growth teams to execute cohesive campaigns across the marketing funnel to drive total pipeline, qualified pipeline, and product attach rates
  • Develop collateral and assets (e.g., presentations, datasheets, webpages, white papers, blogs) that support all stages of our sales process, with a focus on top of funnel
  • Be an evangelist for the Moveworks product at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and more
  • Build our solutions marketing function from the ground up, starting with deep market research and culminating in impactful ways to articulate the value Moveworks can provide to different industries, domains, etc.
