Senior Product Marketing Manager – Genomics CooperSurgical Inc Trumbull, CT Scope: The Product Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle of genomic testing products and services, with a strategic focus on Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A). This role defines and drives the global roadmap, integrating upstream market insights, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning. It also supports downstream execution, including product launch, commercial enablement, and post-market optimization. Through cross-functional leadership and continuous VOC integration, the Product Manager ensures product-market fit, clinical relevance, and sustained commercial success within the reproductive genomics portfolio.

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Genomics Product Manager to lead the upstream development and lifecycle management of our Genomics and PGT-A portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of reproductive genetic testing by driving market insights, defining product strategy, and delivering differentiated value propositions that position our solutions at the forefront of innovation. As a key member of the Global Marketing team, you will own the product roadmap, guide cross-functional alignment, and champion the voice of the customer to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of IVF clinics, genetic counsellors, and laboratory partners worldwide. Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Market Leadership
  • Lead upstream market development for Genomics and PGT-A, identifying unmet needs and emerging trends through deep market research and VOC engagement.
  • Define and articulate compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving landscape.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop business cases and collaborate with broader marketing and engineering/R&D teams to shape product vision and strategy.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and retirement.
  • Define and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with clinical advancements, regulatory pathways, and commercial goals.
  • Partner with R&D, clinical affairs, and regulatory teams to translate market needs into actionable product requirements and development milestones.
  • Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement
  • Shape early-stage go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, and pricing frameworks tailored to global markets.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and medical affairs to ensure successful product launches and sustained adoption.
  • Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics to inform continuous improvement and lifecycle optimization.
