Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving product success in the market by acting as the voice of the customer. This externally focused role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging and positioning, and enabling sales teams with tools and insights. The role requires deep market understanding, collaboration across product, sales, and partner teams, and a strong focus on customer advocacy and demand generation. Success is measured by market growth, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Research and document buyer personas and journeys, applying insights across sales tools and marketing content
  • Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, including pricing in collaboration internal stakeholders
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with B2B buyers and highlights the product’s value
  • Analyse the competitive landscape and create enablement materials to support sales in competitive scenarios
  • Provide insights to product teams to inform future offerings
  • Create sales tools, training, and collateral to support internal and partner sales teams
  • Develop and update use cases based on client interviews to demonstrate product value
  • Champion the voice of the client by gathering customer experience insights through direct and indirect outreach
  • Collaborate with partners to identify joint market differentiators and enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Provide messaging for demand generation campaigns across content, digital, and event marketing.
  • Support customer adoption, retention, and advocacy in partnership with the customer team
  • Track and optimize key metrics including market growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
