Description
Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product. Plans and implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability. Assesses the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and decision making. Sets up data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis. Leads workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. Oversees product profitability measures, including budget. Plans operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with product leadership as needed. Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers. Maximizes efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard. Process adoption rates and automation coverage Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Previous management experience Support operational planning and execution for a US launch and global rollout Coordinate cross-functional launch workstreams ensuring seamless integration between product, marketing/brand, risk, compliance, legal and other teams Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and automations in Confluence and Jira Build automations and leverage AI to create systems that are effortless at scale Identify improvements to tooling within our everyday tech stack, partner with procurement to acquire, pilot, rollout and track adoption Partner with Technical Program Management, Design Operations, GTM Operations to eliminate silos and optimize workflows Build team health monitoring systems and facilitate retrospectives and knowledge sharing sessions Create operational standards to ensure clarity, simplicity and effectiveness Ensure an efficient and compliant global planning and launch 8+ years in product operations, strategy or business operations Experience with complex global products, localization and market nuances Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and managing executive-level reporting Strong business acumen and an understanding of how product decisions impact company performance Experience supporting Product leadership teams at scaled tech or growth-stage companies Comfort in ambiguity and experience with change management or business transformation Comfortable and fluent in AI tooling
