Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our Product Management organization and drive day-to-day execution for our AI and Platform shared services teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring seamless delivery of features that serve the broader insightsoftware product portfolio. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks while maintaining a clear vision for product success. The AI and Platform teams represent two of our most highly visible and strategically important programs, serving as shared services that enable innovation and functionality across the entire insightsoftware product ecosystem. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing complex dependencies and stakeholder relationships across multiple product lines. The successful candidate will be instrumental in scaling these foundational capabilities that power our company's growth and competitive advantage. What will you do? Drive Product Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI and Platform teams, creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with broader product strategy and business objectives Facilitate Cross-Product Requirements Gathering: Work collaboratively with product managers across the insightsoftware portfolio to understand their needs, document dependencies, and translate high-level requirements into actionable development specifications Partner Closely with Engineering Teams: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure successful feature delivery and resolve blockers Manage Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with multiple internal customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure shared services meet the diverse needs of consuming product teams Monitor and Optimize Product Performance: Track key metrics, gather user feedback, and work with engineering to iterate on features, ensuring AI and Platform capabilities continue to meet evolving business requirements and scale effectively Qualifications Minimum qualifications: 6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern data stack components Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principals Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate a backlog with engineers and leadership Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications: Proven experience in building Platforms and/or delivering AI-powered features Certifications: Agile, Pragmatic Marketing, Scrum Product Owner Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-Remote ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located. ** insightsoftware About Us: Hear From Our Team - InsightSoftware (wistia.com) Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province.
