In this role, you will lead the strategic and tactical execution of AI and platform initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-impact features across multiple product lines. You will manage backlogs, define user stories, and collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks. Accountabilities Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI and platform teams, defining detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with product managers across multiple portfolios to gather requirements, document dependencies, and translate business needs into actionable development tasks. Serve as the main liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery. Communicate progress, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure shared services meet diverse business requirements. Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and work with engineering teams to iterate on features and optimize platform capabilities. Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, balancing priorities across multiple product lines. 6–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern data stack components. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles. Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and negotiate priorities with leadership and engineering teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and influence teams effectively. Preferred: Experience in building platforms or delivering AI-powered features; Agile, Scrum Product Owner, or Pragmatic Marketing certifications.
